Tell us a bit about yourself
My Name is Dimi Rokka and I have been selling land for the past 20. The work I do is really satisfying as I get to whiteness new communities grow from bare vacant land to thriving neighbourhoods and it is the reason, I have done it for so long. I do of course have other passions and interests. One of my biggest passions is of course my AFL team the Mighty Magpies! I have even travelled interstate to see them play when I have the time.
I also love a Race Carnival and the opportunity to dress up and have a few bets at the track. I try never to miss a Melbourne Cup carnival if I can. Travel like anyone, is also something I like to do. My most frequently visited destination is the Greek Islands. They are just spectacular but I also have family there. My greatest loves though would definitely be my nice and nephews. These are the people I adore and would turn myself inside out for.
Where have you worked before Mandalay?
Before working at Mandalay I have managed several different estates. Mostly in the North/ North West but I have also managed projects in the West. Most of these projects I have sold from the first release, to the very last lot for sale.
What do you love about working at Mandalay?
Mandalay has been a very exciting work place for me, as this is the most unique development I have managed to date. Coming into the office to the welcome of the beautiful golf course resort, makes you feel like you are on holidays every day. It is such a beautiful neighbourhood with a thriving community and the families living here are just so lovely and friendly. You always run into a familiar face at the Clubhouse when grabbing some lunch or a coffee. The people here take the time to say hello. The Mandalay team is also awesome. Form my direct colleagues to the staff at the Clubhouse, everyone takes the time to have chat and a laugh. The relaxing ambiance at Mandalay just rubs off on everyone. I love working here as much as the residents love living here. It is so obvious how much the residents love to live here. They are always dropping into the sales office with their family or friends encouraging them to buy a block of land. And guess what? Most of them do.
